As a long-standing customer, I was disappointed with the recent experience I had with your insurance representative. My wife’s job change resulted in the cancellation of our insurance coverage, and we now have new insurance. Instead of providing me with an explanation of the policy requirements, such as the need for insurance within 48 hours, the representative immediately concluded that I could cancel my appointment if I did not have insurance. This was an unreasonable assumption, especially since my appointments are scheduled for Friday, and we could bring the insurance cards on Friday. However, she insisted that we needed the card 48 hours before the visit. Instead of acknowledging that it is only Tuesday, the representative immediately jumped to the conclusion that I could cancel my appointment. She then offered to send me a link for further information, but I requested a second to obtain the necessary details. Unfortunately, she tried to rush me off the phone four times. As a paying customer, I expect better service and a more professional approach.

This dentist office is the best, my three children have been going here since birth. Every experience we've had is always pleasant. My youngest child has autism which can be challenging at times but the staff here is amazing with making her feel comfortable and they are always flexible with treatment. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Dajia and Dr. Neo this was my first experience and I must say these ladies made everything wonderful from beginning to end. My youngest was struggling with just a cleaning but they were patient and very warm. Please give these ladies the recognition they deserve. I also want to mention the receptionists they are amazing, always very friendly and communicate in a timely manner whenever I need scheduling or just general information. Im so happy to have found a family-friendly dentist for my kids to grow with!

Jandy is amazing! She’s so sweet and calm, which makes for calm kids. She was attentive, and answered my questions kindly. I don’t always have the best experience there but the lady that checks us out is also always kind. I do wish the dentist himself would make eye contact as he speaks, as it’s hard hear him and comes off rude when his back is turned, but he was very informative of what’s is going on with my kids mouth and did a nice Job checking them out.

First appt today for my 2 year old daughter. We’ve been to a few other places and other places made me feel like we were being judged, or rushed, not really cared for. I let the office know my daughter would give them a hard time as she’s got a fear of people being in her mouth & they reassured me that they handle children like that all the time. Made me feel a little more comfortable & felt like my daughter was in better hands and we were completely right! I would recommend this office to everyone if I can! This place was awesome, they actually took the time with her and even gave her a toy at the end of her visit! Thank you guys for the great service

Amazing staff & very friendly ! Went out of their way to make my son (3 year old) feel comfortable & ok about getting his teeth clean. Very respectful & professional ladies ! Love they are able to work with me & see both of my children at the same time , making the trip quick & successful ! Keep up the great work !
